The government also reminded that from September 1, 2022 university graduates will be given an electronic copy of their diploma in addition to a hard copy. It will be send via email. Larisa Tutova, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education and Science, stated that electronic diploma will make it faster to find a job or an employee and improve the transparency of this process.
