According to the amendments to the Law about changes in Federal Law «About legal status of foreign citizen in Russia» and «About governmental fingerprinting in Russia», foreign students, who arrived in Russia after 29 of December 2021 for the term more than 90 days, should be fingerprinted, photographed and medical examined during 90 days from the date of entrance.
First stage – medical examination at special medical clinics.
A list of clinics you can find at the official website of your University or take it at the dean's office.Term of medical certificate – 90 days (3 months).
Second stage – fingerprinting and photographing with the demonstration of a medical certificate, which you got as a result of a medical examination. For that you should go to the nearest department of the Interior Ministry.
