Leading universities took part in the survey:
- Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN)
- Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA)
- Moscow State University
- Plekhanov Russian University of Economics
The vast majority of the foreign school leavers having enrolled this year are coming from Asian countries: China, Vietnam and India. Belarus, Tajikistan and Iran are also among the top countries in terms of applicants.
This year, the RUDN faced the most applications from China, Vietnam, Iran, Afghanistan and Turkmenistan. Representatives of 29 countries applied for admission to RANEPA. The leaders became applicants from China, Congo, Israel and Turkey. The Russian University of Economics had the maximum number of applications from students of Vietnam.
